What OurSticker is
OurSticker is a digital service that generates cartoon sticker images from photos you upload. All purchases are for digital downloads only — no physical product is shipped.
Your purchase
- You can generate a sticker for free and preview it with a watermark.
- Payment removes the watermark and gives you the full-resolution PNG for personal use.
- You may use your sticker for personal, non-commercial purposes — sharing with friends, using as a profile picture, printing at home, etc.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or use the generated sticker for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Refunds
Because the sticker is generated and delivered instantly as a digital file, we generally do not offer refunds. If there was a technical error and you were charged but did not receive your sticker, contact us at hello@oursticker.com and we'll make it right.
Photos you upload
- You must own the rights to any photo you upload, or have permission from everyone pictured.
- Do not upload photos of minors without parental consent.
- Do not upload photos that are obscene, hateful, or otherwise illegal.
- By uploading a photo you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your sticker.
AI-generated results
Stickers are generated by AI and results may vary. We cannot guarantee a specific likeness. If the result isn't what you expected, you're welcome to try again with a different photo.
Limitation of liability
OurSticker is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service beyond the amount you paid for your sticker.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
