What we collect
When you use OurSticker we collect:
- Photos you upload — sent directly to OpenAI to generate your sticker. We do not store your photos on our servers after the sticker is generated.
- Email address — only if you choose to enter it for a discount or to have your sticker emailed to you.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Basic usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We use this only to keep the service running.
How we use it
- To generate your cartoon sticker via OpenAI's image API.
- To process your payment via Stripe.
- To send you your sticker or a discount code if you requested it.
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- OpenAI — processes your uploaded photo to generate the sticker. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
- Stripe — processes all payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts the application. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Data retention
Your uploaded photo is not stored by us after the sticker is generated. Email addresses collected for discounts or delivery are retained until you ask us to remove them. Payment records are retained as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days.
